This is accomplished with a pair of gussets on either side of the pulleys and numerous layups.<\/p>\n<p>Gussets and layups.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.velocity-xl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/2008-01-22-0759-IMG_5837.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-2081\" src=\"https:\/\/www.velocity-xl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/2008-01-22-0759-IMG_5837-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"2008-01-22 0759 IMG_5837\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once cured, <span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\">the pulleys are installed and checked for fit, remove, file some of the bulkhead away to allow movement, put the pulleys back in place and repeat&#8230; multiple times.
